Monday to Saturday: 9am–5pm
Sunday: 10am–4pm

🛒 How can I shop?

You can shop in-store, order online for Click & Collect, or have your order delivered directly to your home.

📦 When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed on the day they are received and dispatched by the end of the following working day. Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days from dispatch, and tracking details will be provided.

💷 How much is delivery?

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

🏪 How does Click & Collect work?

Select Click & Collect at checkout and we'll let you know as soon as your order is ready to collect from the nursery.

🏷️ Why are your prices so low?

We buy discount pallets containing branded damaged-packaging, discontinued, short-date and passed-best products. This allows us to offer some brilliant savings while helping prevent perfectly usable products from going to waste.

🔄 Will products come back into stock?

Our stock changes regularly and some products are only available in limited quantities. If you see something you want, we recommend ordering it while it's available.

↩️ What is your returns and refunds policy?

Items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Please contact us and we'll discuss the easiest way to return your order. Your refund will be processed once the item has been received.
